Account Security: If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Shipping and Liability
Carrier Responsibility: The actual carriage of goods is performed by third-party carriers. We facilitate the arrangement, but the carrier is responsible for the safety and timely delivery of the cargo.
Limitation of Liability: The United Logistics shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or seizure of cargo, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that customers maintain their own cargo insurance. We can assist in providing information regarding shipping insurance options upon request.
5. Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices are generated based on the service agreements. Payments must be made within the timeframe specified in your individual contract or quote.
Late Fees: Overdue payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of future services.
Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency specified in the service agreement (USD/GBP as applicable).
